Please provide your guest names exactly as you would like them printed.

Please double-check spelling before submitting your order, as personalised items cannot be altered once production has begun.

Please submitt your final guest list in a clear, typed format in either word or excel. Please email your gust list to us with your order number to info1.cotton.candy@gmail.com

Production & Rush Orders

Please allow up to 3 weeks for production from the date your order is confirmed. Production time may vary depending on the quantity ordered and whether additional items are included in your order, such as table numbers, menus, favours, or other personalised items.

Customers are responsible for placing their orders with sufficient time to allow for production and delivery/collection. We strongly recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before your event date to allow for the full production period plus an additional week of buffer time.

If you require an order sooner than our standard production timeframe, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate your requested date. While we will always do our best to assist with urgent requests, rush orders are subject to availability and will incur an additional rush fee.

Please note that an urgent request cannot be guaranteed until it has been confirmed by us in writing.
